    Teen used ‘Dummies’ book to hack school computers

    Police searching the residence of a 15-year-old boy who admitted hacking into the Little Chute School District’s computers found a copy of the book “Internet for Dummies.”

    See, I’m torn here, cheating is bad (m’kay), but it really warms my heart to see kids reading now days. And really, the other question on my mind is, just who runs the school district’s computers/IT department? Nick Burns?

      See, cheating is very very bad (m’kay). But I’m the IT manager for a 300 person firm (m’kay) and I wish they game more details about what really happened. Since he accessed everything from home, now I question the network security / access and permissions. He got through the firewall, or it was misconfigured, or had a blank administrator password, or ??
