The Ettatorial for the Week of 2-21-07
Well, while a big week of releases, nothing truly stood out. And even though I’m loathe to just put a book as my pick of the week, this one partially feels like that’s just what I’m doing. My pick of the week this week is Civil War #7, the final issue of the Marvel event. While it’s a good comic, with some great parts, and art work that truly is beautiful, I’m conflicted putting it as my pick. Yes, it does entertain and open up a realm of story-telling possibilities, but it’s also the last issue of an event mini-series. So while I do suggest it for some people, those who either are not into the super-hero set, or those who are coming in late should look at some other books that have come out this week.
