Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 Announced

Any time Ubisoft Montreal (the people who brought us Asssasin’s Creed and the Rainbow Six series) announces a game I’m going to be interested. When that game is the sequel to the best game of 2006, that’s time to be elated. While it’s a bit disappointing that Team Rainbow is going to remain in Sin City (I was hoping for a new city, London or Paris for example, this is a world wide strike force, after all), I still can’t wait to see what innovations Montreal has in store this time around. Not many details on this one yet, just the one screenshot above, and a date: March 2008. We’ll definitely have more details when we can.

You know I’ll be on this as well, Vegas easily was game of the year, getting over shadowed by crap like Gears, yet giving better, more innovative features. I too wanted another city (Barcelona or London would be nice), but I’m sure they’ll come up with a good story reason to keep the franchise there.
