Xbox Live Turns Five
By Jay Alan | November 14, 2007
It’s hard to believe that Xbox Live has been around for five years, it seems only yesterday that Brian and I were Beta testing the service, having a blast in Moto GP. Microsoft is having a celebration, of sorts, those who have been with the service since the beginning will be given 500 MS Points, enough for an XBLA game, and those who have active silver and gold accounts all receive a free Xbox Live Arcade game on November 15 & 16.
Also the Fall Update will be released on December 5th, enabling downloads of classic Xbox titles to the 360 for 1200 MS Points ($15). The initial titles include Halo, Psychonauts, Crimson Skies and Fable. A strong bunch of games to be sure.
