Blackberry, Palm Failure Rates Much Higher Than iPhone

A new study shows that falure rates of Blackberry’s and Palm’s are much higher than iPhone’s. This actually came as quite a suprise to me, but if your Blackberry or Treo have a faulty battery at least you can just swap it out (hey, I just took a dig at the iPhone! but I have one, it’s cool).
